Austin Guitar House accepts payment in Cash, Money Order/Cashier’s Checks, Bank Wire Transfer, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and PayPal, as well as personal checks with Driver's License information or Military ID. If you send the check in the mail we'll wait for it to clear before we ship the product. When placing an order over the phone using a credit card you must show proof of identity (scanned ID) either through fax or email. International purchases must be made by Bank Wire Transfer or PayPal.
You can lay-a-way an instrument, amp or any item over $400.00 from us. It requires 20% non-refundable deposit with the guaranteed holding time of 60 days. If after 60 days the item is not paid in full, it will be placed back into stock for sale and the deposit will be forfeited. Please note that if you place a product on lay-a-way, you give up your right to the 48 hours approval period. Consignment items do not qualify for lay-a-way. If you would like to do a “lay-a-way”, please contact us thru email@example.com.
Austin Guitar House accepts trades that are compatible with the quality of the products we offer. All trades must be evaluated in person for a final value, and the trade-in amount will be applied against the purchase price if the item(s) being purchased. Please contact us in advance for an approximate estimate of what your trade-in item(s) may be worth. PLEASE NOTE: All traded-in items are subject to immediate sale.
Austin Guitar House accepts consignment items that are compatible with the quality of products we offer with a processing fee of 20%. No trades, no warranty, and no returns on consignment items.
Special orders for items that are not "In Stock" or "On Order" require 50% non-refundable deposit. The balance should be paid in full when the item arrives at Austin Guitar House. If the item is not paid in full in 30 days, it will be placed into stock for sale and the down-payment (50%) is forfeited.
Please note that there are no cancellations, returns or refunds on special orders. The delivery time will vary from manufacturer to manufacturer and could be longer or shorter depending on the manufacturer’s build time, back log, waiting list, etc. Item(s) not currently in stock, but on order can be reserved with a 20% refundable deposit. The balance due of 80% should be paid when the item(s) is completed and ready to ship.
We offer FREE SHIPPING (We offer free shipping to the contiguous 48 United States only) on most items except for specialized (like Strymon, Consignment Items, etc.) and oversized items (some Mesa Boogie Cabinets, etc.). Austin Guitar House will ship these items thru FedEx Ground or USPS. If the customer wants the purchase shipped thru 2nd Day Air, next day, overnight, etc., please contact us thru firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange the availability of the service and cost.
For all International Orders and/or outside the lower 48 States and/or, we ask that you please contact us by email or phone for a Custom Shipping Quote and if the product is available to be shipped to your area. Please note, overseas customers should expect higher costs for shipping.

RETURN & EXCHANGES
We guarantee our products are as advertised and that all new products are indeed new unless otherwise noted.
Any damaged, discontinued, consigned or used products will be advertise as such. Austin Guitar House wants our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases, keeping them as repeat customers. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you have a 72 hours approval period to inspect and use. If we don't hear from you, we will assume you are satisfied and the sale is complete. However if you decide to return the product during the 72 hours approval period, please contact Austin Guitar House by phone (512-243.6036) or e-mail (email@example.com). Returns must be complete with the original packaging, all accessories, complete documentation (Owner's Manual, Warranty Card, quick start guides, etc.), and show no signs of wear or use. All returns will incur a 5% restocking fee. Returns are not accepted on special orders, used items, damaged items, modified items, lay-a-way items, closeout items, specified discontinued items/blowout, oversize/overweight items. No return on trades, all sales are final. The customer is responsible for shipping both ways. These charges will be deducted from any refunds or credits along with any costs incurred bringing the returned item back to its original condition. Items purchased new, but returned to Austin Guitar House in anything less than 100% as new may be subject to a restocking fee at our discretion depending on the damage and resultant reduction in value to the item.
Austin Guitar House won’t refund freight charges. Also, a returned item sold with “Free Shipping” will have the cost of the shipping to the customer deducted from the refund amount.
Orders financed with Affirm through Reverb have a return policy of 3 days on Used/Vintage gear and 7 days on Brand New items.
